We Were Evergreen - "Daughters"

We Were Evergreen - "Daughters"

We Were Evergreen is sure to be a hit for anyone who was a fan of The Postal Service or Death Cab for Cutie, as they have modernized the sounds of the 2000s that I oh-so loved. "Daughters", the newest song from the French trio, takes its inspiration from Greek Mythology (the Daughters of Danaus, to be exact) - a references that is prevalent throughout their video. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places, but music videos these days don't feel as fun as they used to, which is why this video - shot in one take and filled with real actors - is so refreshing.
