Natalie Prass - "My Baby Don't Understand Me"

I stumbled across Natalie Prass a few weeks back while I was reading through Pitchfork's Most Anticipated Releases of 2015 where her music was described as a blend of "country, R&B, and funk, all kept in balance by a rich, full-band orchestra and her irresistible, feather-light vocals." Interest piqued. As luck would have it, a couple Fridays ago Natalie released the newest single, “My Baby Don't Understand Me”, from her upcoming self-titled debut album and it has done nothing but confirm why Pitchfork is so excited about her release.
