Opia - "Faded"

Over a year ago we wrote about Opia and their fantastic debut "Falling". Now we can talk about their debut EP, Faded, and the title track from it. Where "Falling" was grounded in deep, rolling bass and highlighted with distorted guitar riffs, "Faded" opens with delicate vocals and a choir of background vocals then quickly transitions into an upbeat track with minimal percussion and simple production. They feel like opposite sides of the same coin, demonstrating Opia's range, variety, and fantastic talent.
